EXPERIENCES

Mountains & Manes is my home in the Swiss mountains—a living landscape where stories, horses, forests, and thoughtful conversations come together.

From this place, I create experiences that offer the time and space to slow down, step outside the noise of everyday life, and discover new ways of seeing.

A Day at the Threshold: A private, immersive experience in the mountains

There are moments when life asks us to pause.

Not because something has gone wrong. Sometimes, simply because the way we’ve been moving through the world no longer feels entirely our own.

For those moments when something is shifting and you want to give it your full attention.

Together, we shape the day around whatever you are carrying—a question, a transition, a decision, or simply the feeling that something is ready to change. We might walk through the forest or across the mountain paths, share coffee, write, exchange stories, sit in silence, or spend time with the horses.

Perhaps you are standing at the beginning of a new chapter. Carrying a question. Moving through a transition. Or simply longing for a day in which nothing is asking you to perform, decide, or achieve.

The day may weave through:

Conversation
A space for you to speak freely and be listened to without rushing towards a solution.

Story
Exploring the narratives we live inside—and what becomes possible when we begin to see them differently.

Landscape
Letting the mountains, forest and changing seasons become part of the experience rather than simply its backdrop.

Horses
Meeting them on their own terms and noticing what emerges through quiet, embodied relationship.

Reflection
Making space for what becomes visible when life slows down.

A different way of seeing

You may arrive with a question, but you don’t need to leave with an answer. What matters is what becomes possible when there is enough time and space to look again.

A familiar situation might reveal another side. Something you’ve been carrying might finally find words. A possibility you had dismissed might begin to take shape. You might notice a pattern you hadn’t seen before—or discover that the question itself has changed.

The aim isn’t to force clarity. It is to make space for it.

Because sometimes, what changes everything isn’t a new answer, but a new relationship with the question.

Come as you are.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need. You don’t need to have a beautifully articulated life question.

Bring whatever is alive for you.

We’ll begin there.

Experiences take different forms—some unfold among the horses and mountains at Mountains & Manes, others across Switzerland or online. What remains constant is the way we meet: with curiosity, attention and space to see what is asking to be seen.

Begin here

These experiences work best when there is a genuine sense of resonance on both sides. That’s why we always begin with a conversation.

(A transition, a question, a feeling, or simply a few words about what resonated)
